During a press briefing on Thursday, the White House skipped the entire pretense of Sarah Huckabee Sanders providing the media with useful information.。
Instead, it rolled a video of Donald Trump praising companies who gave very public one-time bonuses to employees after the Republican tax bill passed, including Comcast and AT&T (who's also quietly firing thousands of workers in the weeks ahead). 。

It'd be great, of course, if corporations used the tax cuts to raise wages, improve benefits, and hire more U.S. employees. There's also the possibility they'll use it to reward investors with share buybacks and dividend payouts, and executives with bonuses. 。
