Facebook just proved to us yet again why 2017 was the worst.

The social network just released their 2017 year in review videos to individual users and the last thing anyone wants to do is relieve this terrible year over again.

If 2017 was the year for you, Facebook's blog post compiled the good (and the bad) trends. According to the post, the most reactions stemmed from International Women's Day, Super Bowl 51 and the Las Vegas Violence.

It was followed by the ongoing natural disasters and violence from around the world, but the Solar Eclipse wasn't that bad unless you were ripped off by overly expensive glasses.

Many people "relived" their fondest memories of this year, while others didn't even have enough content to receive a video. If that's not a sign that 2017 is messed up then we don't know what is.

Facebook users expressed themselves about their personal videos in the best way... with utter disdain.

So, Facebook you can keep your year in review. We'd much rather look into the (hopefully) bright future.
