The two men involved in a racial bias incident at Starbucks on April 12 have reached a settlement with the city of Philadelphia today.

Their arrest sparked discussion across the country regarding racial profiling and a promise from Starbucks to close all of its stores on May 29 for mandatory anti-bias training.

Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson both settled for $1 each, according to The Associated Press. Additionally, the two men have asked the city to pledge $200,000 to develop programs for young entrepreneurs.

Nelson and Robinson were arrested in the Philadelphia Starbucks last month after a manager called the police, reportedly because the men had not purchased items and had asked to use the restroom. The two explained on Good Morning Americathat they were waiting for someone to start a business meeting regarding a real estate deal.
