During a cold and snowy soccer match in Scotland Friday, a fight broke out between the two teams' fans — a snowball fight.

Earlier in the day, fans were warned that the day's game may be postponed due to the snowy weather conditions making travel hazardous. Luckily it held off long enough for the game to go on as people helped clear off the parking lots and field, and St. Mirren's field has a heating system that helped keep it snow-free.
Still, there was enough snow in the stands for people to make a whole bunch of snowballs.

At one point, a few snowballs were aimed at the media box, which housed former St. Mirren's former manager Alex Rae and ex-player Ally McCoist.

It's unclear which side came out victorious in the snowball fight but St. Mirren ended up winning the game 2-0 against Dundee United.
