If you're tired of hearing Siri's default voice, you're in luck. With iOS and iPadOS 14.5, you have a couple more options to choose from on both your iPhone and iPad.
With the new update, which will be available starting the week of April 30, you'll have four voices to pick from rather than the standard two. Sure, it's not an abundance of options, but at least it adds a littlemore customization.
So, if you've been wanting to switch it up, here's how to change Siri's voice with iOS 14.5.
To check that you're running iOS 14.5 or iPadOS 14.5, go to Settings > General > About — the current version you're on is listed under Software Version.

Then, give your iPhone or iPad some time to install it.
Once iOS/iPadOS 14.5 is up and running, go to Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Voice.
Since the new options are only available in the U.S., as of now, make sure you have "American" selected under the Variety section to access the four different voices. You can then tap on each one to hear a preview before you choose the one you want.
Once you decide on the voice you want, simply tap on it and you're all set.

If you change your mind, you can always go back into your Siri settings and tap on a different option.
