Donald Trump should be on the lookout for a ton of incoming mail from the resistance this week.
A massive postcard writing campaign launched Wednesday, timed to go live on March 15 -- the politically ominous time known as the Ides of March.

Pink postcards (reminiscent of a pink slip) are a popular choice to mail, but anything will do.
Notes are to be addressed to "The President (for now)" and the hashtag #TheIdesOfTrump lets him know they're part of the campaign.

The independently organized event is spearheaded by two Californian resistance leaders and friends who were inspired by witty signs at Women's March in January. And it's led to several letter-writing events across the country -- all with the goal of mailing thousands of postcards to Trump and possibly turning this into a regular thing.

It's simple to participate in the Ides of Trump, all you need is something to say in your note. Organizers suggest unloading your frustration on a number of issues from immigration, the environment to conflicts of interest and even "the existence of facts."
Organizers don't care what you have to say, as long as enough people put pen to paper and show Trump that they are not OK with his policies.
Many people have shared their postcards online.
