Apple's new MacBook Air, the first laptop to feature the company's new M2 chip, is now available to order over at Apple Store.
The M2 MacBook Air was announced during Apple's WWDC event in June and represents one of the biggest upgrades to the Air line of products ever. It features a new design with a notch on top of the display, thinner bezels, and a larger display at 13.6 inches. It weighs 2.7 pounds and is 0.44 inches thick, making it more portable than the previous model.

One thing to watch will be the shipping times. Apple said the new laptop will start arriving to customers next Friday, July 15. But reports in June said the new MacBook Air might be in short supply due to COVID-related factory shutdowns in China. Now that orders are open, we'll see how quickly those shipping dates get pushed into the future.
