Being stuck in traffic is bad. You start to fantasize about all sorts of things that could stop the agony, like teleportation or, in Elon Musk's case, building a tunnel that leads from the Los Angeles airport right to his SpaceX office.。
Only in Musk's case, it may not only be fantasy. 。
Musk originally proposed he would "build a tunnel boring machine and just start digging" in December, later tweeting he is "actually going to do this." Now, on Wednesday, Musk tweeted about tunneling again, announcing "exciting progress on the tunnel front," with plans to start digging "in a month or so."。

It's unclear where the tunnel would lead. Los Angeles airport? Tesla headquarters? The beach? Any option is fine, we guess, as long as it reduces Musk's traffic-induced stress.。
