On Tuesday night, he became the first Democrat to win a Senate seat in Alabama since 1992, back when Kris Kross was still a thing.

Jones supporters, after freaking out about that damn New York Timesneedle, couldn't contain their joy after several news outlets called the race for the Democrat. That included Hillary Clinton and Republican Sen. Jeff Flake.
